SuperFilter
|
SuperFilter is one of the most
powerful arc filters in the
industry. SuperFilter will adjust
feedrate for arcs and arc moves into
corners. For valid geometry, the
filter will drastically reduce the
amount of moves and create a highly
polished surface finish.

SurfUtil
|
SurfUtil is a simple utility
that will flatten 3d wireframe
geometry and align a part to top
view. Addtionally has a simple
rotation option that doesn't require
CView usage. Especially nice for
data that comes from systems like UG,
Catia, ProE, Solidworks and others
that create geoemtry in planes
normal to aircraft. |

TemplateExtract
|
TemplateExtract allows
you to seperate your template files
from Surfcam's version of
KnowledgeBase enabling you to send
the settings to a sister company or
share them between other Surfcam
computers for jobs. The tool
will also allow you to combine many
templates to make one master
template database for everyone to
access. |

ToolCrib
|
A fantastic timesaver for
programming, Toolcrib is
specifically designed for Surfcam
and allows you to customize which
tools you have in a machine Turret,
Tool Changer or cassette for various
jobs. Toolcrib supports Lathe, Mill
and Mill/Turn tools. It also allows
you to set specific tools in the
slots of the machine's actual ATC
(Automatic Tool Changer) and save it
for use anytime you program that
machine. |
