CNCNest 2004
CNCPROSE is the author of CNCNest 2004, a nesting package that
runs as a stand-alone Nesting solution for any Cad
and Cam package for Plasma,
Laser, Oxy-Acetylene, Routing, WaterJet, Machining and most any 2D optimization
requirement. CNCNest© is ideal for those companies who wish to obtain
the best use of their materials on hand.
CNCNest 2004 As a Standalone product you simply read in your parts, specify the quantities, allowable angles of rotation, shape names, grain and blank sheet size to nest. Next, you simply select the Nest button and your done! The parts are all nested and laid out for you. Once the Nested Sheet or Sheets are complete, you can export in any one of the formats listed below for your Cad or Cam system.
SURFCAM Users
For Surfcam users, once you have nested the sheets you can automatically start Surfcam from within the Nester and export the Nested sheets on layers.
